He was born in 1985.
In 2008, he received a Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics in Baku State University, and in 2009, he received a Master's degree in Finance and industrial economics in the University of London, Great Britain.
In 2016, he defended his Ph.D. in Economics and received a Ph.D. in Economics degree.
He started working at the UN Development Program in 2010.
In 2011-2014, he worked in various positions in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Accounting Chamber of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2014-2017, he worked as the deputy director of the Department of Economic Policy, Analysis and Forecasting of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2017 to the present, he is the head of the Department of Sustainable Development and Social Policy of the Ministry of Economy, and also the Secretary of the National Coordinating Council for Sustainable Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the years 2010-2016, he gave lectures on various areas of Economics at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) and Baku State University.
Since 2017, he has been a teacher at the SABAH Center of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics and gives lectures to SABAH groups on the subjects of Economy Regulation and Economics of the Social Sphere. He is married and has 3 children.
