In May of this year, the Ministry of Economy announced the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals, encouragement of innovation, as well as the "Azerbaijan 2020: A Vision of the Future" Development Concept and the main sectors of the National economy and economy, arising from the UN's "Transformation of our World: Agenda for Sustainable Development until 2030". announced the Third Republic Innovation Competition in order to support the implementation of Strategic Road Maps. The partners of the competition are the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies, the Ministry of Culture, the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, "Ernst & Young Holdings (SiAyEs) Bi.Vi." is the branch of the company in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijan Representative Office of the United Nations Development Program.
For information, let's note that more than 200 projects covering economic, social and ecological fields were submitted to the Third Republican Innovation Competition.

The winners of the competition will be awarded 5000 manats for the 1st place, 3000 manats for the 2nd place and 2000 manats for the 3rd place. One of the winners of the competition will be invited to the "Fast Track Azerbaijan" program by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, and 1 project will receive the "Cloud4Start" prize of the Data Center (3000 manats) - a package of data and cloud services.
In addition, 2 winning teams will have the right to represent Azerbaijan in the "sTARTUp Day" program to be held in Estonia on January 29-31, 2020, with all expenses covered.
